By accessing or using Newton Method or Newton OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. The "AI" Disclaimer (Crucial)

Newton OS utilizes Artificial Intelligence. By using this service, you acknowledge:

• Accuracy: AI models can hallucinate. You agree that Newton Method is not responsible for errors, omissions, or "hallucinations" in the data generated by our apps (e.g., RACI charts, Financial Simulations).

• Human-in-the-Loop: You agree to review all AI outputs before implementing them in your business. You are the final decision-maker.

• No Professional Advice: The content generated by Newton OS is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional legal, financial, or accounting advice.

3. User Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly) via our payment processor (Stripe).

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: The Newton OS interface, the "Newton Method" name, branding, and underlying code are the property of Newton Method LLC.

• Your Data: You retain all rights to the specific data and inputs you enter into the system. You grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newton Method LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) resulting from your use of the service. Use the "Growth Simulator" and financial tools at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
